The advance amount is fully refundable if you cancel your slot and inform at least 72 hours before the slot time.

Full refund will be made(except payment gateway convenience charges, if any) if you cancel your slot at least 72 hours before the slot time. Refund is usually initiated within 2 working days and takes up to 3-5 days to reflect in your original payment source.
Non Refundable Situations
No refunds are entertained, if cancellations are made within 72 hours of the booked time.
No refunds for late arrivals or not showing up for the booked time.
