Advance Payment: You are required to pay an advance amount at the time of booking your reservation.
Final Payment: The remaining balance shall be paid prior to the event slot time begins.

Full refund will be made(except payment gateway convenience charges, if any) if you cancel your slot at least 72 hours before the slot time.
Refund is usually initiated within 2 working days and takes up to 3-5 days to reflect in your original payment source.
Non Refundable Situations:
No refunds are entertained, if cancellations are made within 72 hours of the booked time.
No refunds for late arrivals or not showing up for the booked time.
Guest Responsibility: Guests are requested to treat the PrivePlex property with respect. Any damage to the property or technical equipment shall be charged and compensated by the guest before leaving the premises.
Users are requested not to make any modifications to the technical equipment provided.
The guests are required to pay a cleaning if extensive cleaning is required after the celebration
Compliance: Guests must comply with all the rules set and instructions given by the staff during the visit
In-House Dining: PrivePlex offers a variety of in-theater dining options at an additional cost.
Outside Food: Outside food and beverages are not allowed unless explicitly agreed upon in advance by the PrivePlex Team.
Alcohol or any other illegal substances are strictly prohibited in the premises if PrivePlex. Smoking is also not allowed in the theater or during your private theater celebration.
Personal Belongings: PrivePlex is not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost or damaged during the event.
Guest Safety: Guests are responsible for their own conduct and safety while on the premises.
